Heal. nourish. thrive

I empower YOU with concrete tools to address the root cause of your health hurdles so you can feel well and be well.

why INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS COACHing?

Because Health is more than just physical

Sure, exercising and eating well are important when it comes to health. It's why I got a master's degree in nutrition and exercise science. But I found that to just be the tip of the iceberg...

Since health looks different for everybody, I've made it my mission to help as many people as possible create a personalized, whole wellness routine that fits into their lifestyle. A routine that goes well beyond nutrition and exercise and integrates 6 additional core areas of health to address the WHOLE person.

My Story

Hello there! I'm Tara.

Wife. Boy Mama. Trauma Survivor. Auto-immune Warrior. Eating Disorder Survivor. Diet Culture Dropout. Certified Health Coach. 200 RYT Yoga teacher. Personal Trainer. Whew, that's a mouthful!

I am a certified Integrative Wellness Coach who is fully invested in whole person wellness. For years I suffered and felt alone in my journey to health. I was desperate to find what would help me THRIVE, not just survive. My heart is to take the guesswork out of your journey to whole wellness and save you time, energy, and money.

The amount of "health information" we are constantly bombarded with is overwhelming and misleading. The truth is, one-size doesn't fit all (although fad diets and expensive "health" programs will claim otherwise)...

Fun Facts

I became fascinated with studying nutrition and exercise science after years of falling prey to diet culture and eating disorders.

I have recently been studying herbal medicine and making tinctures from "weeds" in my own backyard. I also made a delicious dandelion cake (kid-approved)!

I typically eat an anti-inflammatory/mediteranean diet, but each time I have been pregnant I crave red meat and bacon. As soon as baby is born, I am grossed out by all poultry and meat.

I am a firm believer that turning up some favorite music and starting an impromptu dance party counts as mindful movement and is SO good for the soul.
